1. Sponsor

The Gather the Nations 2026 VIP Gold Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Gather Inc, 100 Powell Pl #1730, Nashville, TN 37204, United States ("Sponsor").
 

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who are legal residents of jurisdictions where participation in the Giveaway is lawful and who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor and any organizations directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible to win.

Participation is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
 

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 29, 2026 at 12:01 AM Central Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time ("Giveaway Period").

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Gather the Nations Giveaway landing page and complete the entry form by providing the requested information, including your name and email address.

Limit one entry per person.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a Gather the Nations ticket will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Grand Prize

One (1) eligible entrant will be selected to receive the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize consists of one (1) VIP Gold admission ticket to Gather the Nations 2026, taking place September 11-12, 2026, at The Venue @ Rocketown in Nashville, Tennessee.

VIP Gold admission currently includes:

• Full two-day event access

• Early access to sessions

• Exclusive Q&A

• Signed album copy

• Gather merchandise

• Exclusive parking

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $395 USD.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, transportation, airfare, lodging, meals, incidental expenses, and any other costs associated with attending Gather the Nations are not included in the Grand Prize and are the responsibility of the winner.

The Grand Prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Private Worship Experience

Each eligible entrant will receive access to a private digital worship experience featuring Joshua Aaron.

This digital experience is provided to eligible entrants independently of the Grand Prize drawing. No purchase is necessary to receive it.

Access instructions will be provided after entry or by email.

The private worship experience has no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing is expected to take place on or around Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry and may also be announced through Gather the Nations and/or Joshua Aaron's official communication channels.

The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The potential winner is not considered an official winner until eligibility has been verified by Sponsor.

9. Additional Offers or Benefits

Sponsor may choose to provide certain entrants with additional promotional offers, benefits, gifts, or opportunities related to Gather the Nations.

Any such offer may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, availability, expiration dates, restrictions, or other terms communicated directly to the applicable recipient.

Receiving or not receiving an additional promotional offer or benefit has no effect on an entrant's odds of winning the Grand Prize.

Additional promotional offers have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise and are not transferable unless permitted by Sponsor.

10. Existing Gather the Nations Ticket Holders

Individuals who have already purchased admission to Gather the Nations may enter the Giveaway, provided they otherwise satisfy these Official Rules.

A previous ticket purchase does not increase or decrease an entrant's odds of winning the Grand Prize.

Any additional promotional offers made in connection with the Giveaway may have separate eligibility requirements and may not be available to individuals who have already purchased admission.

11. Email Communications and Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, provide the private worship experience, communicate information relating to the Giveaway, and contact the potential winner.

Where required by applicable law, promotional or marketing communications will be sent only with the entrant's consent.

Entrants who elect to receive promotional communications may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent or automated entries, interfere with the operation of the Giveaway, or violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries or communications resulting from technical failures, internet interruptions, platform failures, human error, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned because of circumstances that materially affect its administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, select the winner from eligible entries received before such action.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or injuries arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and general city and country of residence for reasonable Giveaway-related promotional and announcement purposes without additional compensation.

15. Meta Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

16. YouTube Disclaimer

If the Giveaway is promoted through YouTube, YouTube is not a sponsor of the Giveaway and bears no responsibility or liability related to its administration or prizes.
